Puhunan is a matching and referral service. We are not a lender, broker-dealer, or loan agent of any lender, and we do not grant, approve, release, service, or collect loans.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee contact, approval, a loan amount, or a rate. Any rates or ranges shown are indicative and come from lenders. The lender's disclosure statement and loan contract govern.

Puhunan charges borrowers nothing. We are compensated by partner lenders for referrals. Anyone asking you for payment in Puhunan's name is not acting for us.

You must be 18 or older, submit only your own information and your own valid ID, and give truthful details. Submitting another person's ID or false information is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

Any loan is a contract solely between you and the lender. Complaints about loan terms, collection, or lender conduct should go to the lender and, if unresolved, to the SEC. Puhunan will help route complaints it receives.

Partner lenders are contractually required to follow SEC rules on fair collection practices and disclosure. Tell us if a lender contacted you abusively; we will investigate and may remove the lender.

Puhunan is not liable for lender decisions, loan terms, or lender conduct, except where caused by our own breach of law or of these Terms. Nothing here limits your rights under RA 10173 or RA 11765.

We may update these Terms with notice on this page; material changes take effect for new inquiries only.
